A Christmas campaign for Abed Tahan reminding Lebanon that the magic of December isn’t reserved for kids.
Christmas advertising tends to talk almost exclusively to children — they get the gifts, the attention, the magic. But adults light up exactly the same way. Open a present in front of your father and tell us he isn’t five years old again.
For Abed Tahan we made three short films, each showing an adult turning into a kid the moment a Christmas gift hit their hands — under the line You’re Never Too Old For Christmas.
We amplified the work through out-of-home and a takeover of the DubSmash voice-over app: users could say anything they wanted using children’s voices, which produced endless waves of cute user-generated content around the campaign.
